PRODUCT INFORMATION
The card is made from 350gr thick PaperWise Natural single-sided sulphate cardboard, made entirely from agricultural waste and produced with 100% green energy. The size of the card is 120 x170 mm, or 4.7 x 6.7 inches, and comes with an envelope that fits the card's colour scheme.
- Note: because this is an organic product made from agricultural waste with a subtle fibre pattern, the final colour may differ slightly from the images shown.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
I usually ship within 1-2 business days, depending on the orders and workload. I send all packages using the Dutch Postal Service (PostNL) with Track & Trace.
DELIVERY TIME
Netherlands: within 1-2 business days.
EU: within 1-2 weeks.
DELIVERY COSTS
There's a shipping calculator on the shopping cart page and on the checkout page. When you've added items to your cart, it will tell you how much shipping it will cost, based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return your order within 30 days after you receive your package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Note: Please be aware that from a sustainable viewpoint and in order to keep my product prices reasonable, I do not cover the shipping costs of the return.
EXCEPTIONS
Please be aware that if you choose to personalise your card, the 30-day cool off period does not apply, and the order can therefore not be returned! Please check your message carefully, as I do not check for spelling and/or grammar errors!
REFUNDS
After I’ve received your returned order, I’ll pay you back the original amount. In case of a full return, the original amount + shipping is paid back. In case of a partial refund, I’ll refund you the price of the product you’ve returned. Payout is within 14 days* after I’ve received your return.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, I do not offer exchanges. If you want to switch your product, you'll have to order again and send the original product back.

Because the environment and my impact on the planet is very important to me, I consider sustainability as a core part of the process.
MADE WITH PAPERWISE
This product is made with PaperWise paper, which is CO2 neutral paper from agricultural waste for production and packaging, made with 100% green energy. Agricultural waste consists of the stem and leaves of crops that have been harvested. These parts of the crops would otherwise be burned or thrown away, because they have no use in the agriculture industry.
Another advantage is that PaperWise paper is also as recyclable as traditional wood paper (up to 7 times!).
