I usually ship within 3 business days, depending on the orders and workload. I ship with PostNL (Dutch postal service) with track & trace.

Delivery costs

There's a shipping calculator on the shopping cart page. When you've added items to your cart it will tell you how much shipping it will cost, based on your location! Combined shipping is done automatically, based on the weight of the items. If you need additional info on shipping prices, please send me an e-mail at and I’ll look into it for you!

Shipping destinations

Unfortunately, I do not ship to any countries outside the EU*, with the exception of the following countries:

• Norway

• Iceland

• Liechtenstein

• Switzerland

*Note: Since Brexit, this includes the United Kingdom!

Delivery time

Netherlands: within 1-2 business days.

EU: allow up to 2 weeks, but usually within 1 week.

Sometimes you have second thoughts about a product you’ve ordered. Maybe you’re not happy with it, or it doesn’t suit your tastes. No worries, happens to all of us! No matter the reason, you can decide to return your order within 30 days after you (or someone designated by you) receives the goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Under the following conditions the 30-day cool off period does not apply, and the order can therefore not be returned:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product has been altered from its original state, (tags, labels or packaging missing after opening, modifications, etc.)

  • It is a custom (hand) made order or an order specifically tailored to the customer’s wishes.

  • it is a product that can spoil quickly.

  • the product is a separate magazine or a loose newspaper.

How to return your order

To return your order, send me an e-mail with your order details to

After contacting me, you have an additional 30 days to ship* the order back to me. If the 30 days pass before returning, you won’t be eligible for a refund anymore, so make sure you keep your receipt from the post office.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you, so handle with care and ensure that your order is properly packaged when returned. It’s advised to return your package with a track & trace code. I’m not responsible for the order getting lost or damaged in the process!

*Note: Please be aware that from a sustainable viewpoint and in order to keep my product prices reasonable, I do not cover the shipping costs of the return.


After I’ve received your returned order, I’ll pay you back the original amount. In case of a full return, the original amount + shipping is paid back. In case of a partial refund, I’ll refund you the price of the product(s) you’ve returned. Payout is usually within 14 days* after I’ve received your return.

*Note: When ordering internationally, please be aware that this might take a little longer when paying with certain payment carriers (PayPal, credit card, etc.)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you paid with credit card, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
